What are the shipping options?
We offer a variety of shipping options both domestically and internationally via UPS and USPS. Rates will be calculated at checkout prior to the placement of your order.

What are the international taxes, duties, etc., that I have to pay?
International taxes and duties will vary based on the shipping carrier you choose. If applicable, taxes and duties will be charged to the receiver.

When will I receive my order?
Our in house fulfillment process usually takes 1-2 business days. We will notify you by email once it has shipped with a tracking number.

What do I do if I never received my order?

What do I do if I received a defective order?
Our warehouse team diligently checks each product before sending it to you, but if your order happens to be damaged in shipping, please contact us so we can help make it right.
